HORMONE BALANCE SCHOOL

DURATION: 10 WEEKS

Week 1: Hormones 101 Discover your hormones and how to feed them

In week one we will:

  • Learn about your hormones and what keeps them healthy. 
  • Learn about the ‘showstoppers’ that are lowering your mood, zapping your energy and libido, causing you to breakout and what you can do about them. 
  • Learn to get the specific nutrients that our bodies need to build hormones (This is KEY if you’re fatigued, your hair is falling out, or you can’t shift the scale no matter what you do!)
  • Make a personalized, detailed plan for what you’ll eat through this entire program, so that you’re confident in the grocery store and even eating out! 
  • As a group, we’ll set goals and create a support plan for getting the most out of this program! I can’t wait to see you succeed to hit YOUR goals!

Week 2: Consolidation - Hormones 101 Discover your hormones and how to feed them

In week two we will:

  • This is YOUR time to get support from me with any challenges that are showing up for you. Let me cheer you on and celebrate your progress. 
  • Let’s look together at the big needle movers, to be sure that you’re putting your energy towards making the fastest and easiest changes with the biggest results in your symptoms.

Week 3: Your Happy Healthy Gut Discover the impact your digestion has on your hormones.

In week three we will:

  • Learn why getting rid of your heartburn, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, or IBS is essential for your hormone health.  
  • Eat delicious and easy recipes that that will soothe your digestion. Your poop matters! 
  • Continue to work together as a group to keep everyone on the mend!

Week 4: Consolidation - Your Happy Healthy Gut Discover the impact your digestion has on your hormones.

In week four we will:

Week 5: Rest and Nurture Discover how stress and lack of sleep impacts your hormones. 

In week five we will:

  • Learn why modern life is messing up your hormones. 
  • Learn and use easy and fast de-stressing techniques and routines to reduce the effects of stress. 
  • Learn to take stressors off your plate, so your body has less stress to handle. 
  • Learn powerful bedtime routines that train your body to sleep deeply for 8+ hours and give you the energy you need to reach your life and career goals. 
  • Learn why you’re keep waking up at 3-4am, and how to sleep all night, or easily fall back to sleep.

Week 6: Consolidation - Rest & Nurture Time to consolidate your learning, catch up, take action, and check in to see the progress you’ve already made with reducing your symptoms. 

In week six we will:

  • Learn how to cook, eat, and enjoy powerful nourishing foods that support your body’s natural ability to metabolize toxins. 
  • Lower your toxic load by making simple switches in your skin care, cleaning products, shampoos, and food storage.

Week 8: Consolidation - Spring Clean Time to consolidate your learning, catch up, take action, and check in to see the progress you’ve already made with reducing your symptoms.

  • Why you might by exercising too much (This sounds crazy, but you’ll be happy to learn that “Nap Yoga” might be your ideal exercise routine.)
  • Get support from our community to make it easy and fun to exercise!  

Week 10: Going Deeper Do you need tests, supplements, or more medical support?

In week ten we will:

  • Can you expect complete hormone healing just from changing your nutrition and lifestyle? (Surprisingly, your answer might be YES!) 
  • When lifestyle changes are not enough… learn the exact tests and supplements to ask your doctor or nutritionist about.

HOW’S THE HORMONE BALANCE SCHOOL DELIVERED?  

It is delivered weekly via LIVE immersive workshops. After each session you will receive replays to catch up and re-watch as many times as you want. All the content, videos and specially produced workbooks will be available in the hub, which you can access directly from your computer, tablet or smartphone. You’ll be provided with a login to access it any time you want. Plus you can join our private Facebook group to connect with our incredible community, ask questions, share your aha moments and hang out with us. This high-vibe community will support you every step of your journey.  

DO I NEED A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT TO TAKE THE COURSE?  

Our private Facebook community is a BIG part of the experience. That’s the space where we support and celebrate each other, connect, have conversations and share extra tips and tools. While it is advisable to have a Facebook account for the programme, all of the course materials are hosted in a private members area, so you’ll have access to all content regardless of having an account or not.  

HOW CAN I BE SURE THE HORMONE BALANCE SCHOOL WILL WORK FOR ME?  

We are all biochemically individual, and benefits of taking part in The Hormone Balance School will vary from person to person. Your success will depend on you complying and putting the teaching into practice, therefore we cannot guarantee results. Saying that, it’s virtually impossible to go through the entire program and not experience some big changes - in your symptoms, in your mindset, how you view hormones and in your lifestyle. This is a lifestyle change that brings about incredible transformations. Complete all of the lessons - and make sure you ask powerful questions and you potential is limitless. I'm here to support you, will guide you and cheer you on at every step of the way. We’re all different, which means we’re all going to benefit in different ways. As you know, big changes take time, so make sure you commit to showing up.  

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE MATERIALS OR DO I NEED INTERNET ACCESS?  

Yes, everything is able to be saved and downloaded assuming you keep your devices updated and there is enough storage space for the size of the files. Initially internet access is required to download them.  

HOW MUCH OF MY TIME WILL IT REQUIRE EACH WEEK?  

That’s totally up to you! You can watch the trainings, do the homework and connect in the community whenever you want, as often as you want. If you’re super busy one week, don’t sweat it, this needs to fit in with life. However, I encourage you to remember: there’s incredible power in committing to showing up for yourself. And the awesome thing about Hormone Balance School is that the more you go through the content, the faster you’ll experience life-changing results.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE THE LIVE TRAINING?  

While I also encourage you to block out the dates in your diary and make the LIVE training, I understand that this is not always possible. So, don’t worry, you can go through the material each week as they’re released in the student portal after the LIVE training and then join the conversation in our private group where we will be swapping ideas, inspiring each other and I will be there to answer questions.  

I REALLY DON’T ENJOY COOKING OR CAN’T COOK, IS THERE A LOT OF COOKING INVOLVED?  

As a nutritional therapist I get asked this a lot, so you are not alone. There is a whole module dedicated to nourishing your body with the right nutrients from food. I will be giving you recipes that are super easy to follow, quick to make, packed with nutrients and taste delicious. I will also be giving you guidelines of what type of food is the most beneficial to eat for hormone balance. These types of foods can be picked up from the store, so you won’t have to cook yourself. I will be guiding you all the way, the community will inspire you, trust me it’s going to be easy to eat this way.  

I REALLY DON’T HAVE TIME, IS THERE A LOT OF MEAL PREP INVOLVED?  

I totally understand, time is our most precious commodity and the one we have the least of these days. In order to feel a change we need to make a change, so yes there is meal prep involved but it doesn’t mean you will be standing in the kitchen for hours cooking. I will give you quick and easy tips on how to prepare your meals.

I created the school for the general public so the school wouldn't be right for you to increase your knowledge base for your clinic.
